A bold statement though. She has defended her decision saying:
"Porn is not

I am sure that now all
the people who had sexual relationship with her pray that she doesn’ty let out
any names.
But what is she really trying
to do??
Is she trying to say to the
world that these things are very common to actresses? Consider a normal girl(without
celebrity tag) doing what sherlyn has done – What will be the girl called??
Some people have sex for
money, some for lust, some for relationship, some for kids. To make a broad
statement, is Sherlyn a prostitute? What is the motivation she is giving the
younger girls who are aspiring to be actresses? While my mind is full of
questions lets try and understand the way in which she has put her statement.
She has put it in a subtle yet bold way wherein no can even question her.
She has accepted that she
has done a mistake. It takes real guts to admit that you have done a mistake,
but it takes more guts to admit it front of the whole world. She is no more
hiding it.
India, which was once the
land of kannagi, has become the land of Sunny Leone, Poonam Oandey and Sherlyn.
It has to be seen clearly that her admission has come merely as a fashion
statement rather being tinted with remorse. My inner voice keeps telling me
that in the society of the upper crest and actresses it is a normal thing to
have sex for money. I hope my inner voice is wrong.

Still she has a craving for
money, just to afford the above lifestyle. If I were to generalize and apply
the above attributes to the upper class of the society, can’t it be true that
they might also live a life like this. From a man’s perspective, he likes sex
and if someone intends to pay you for sex, then why not??
As long as a girl keeps all
these things a mere secret she is considered to be a good, family girl, plus
she also gets money too! But why would Sherlyn admit it to the whole world?? It
is clear that she has become a person who is way beyond the clutches of the
society. I foresee that she has made her first mark in the porn film industry.
